Popular actress Dilani Abeywardene came back to Sri Lanka with her daughter, Kaveesha, after a prolonged stay in America.
Dilani’s family moved to America over 20 years ago and she is currently serving as a beauty-culture advisor in New York.
Dilani came into the Sri Lankan cinema in 1986 through Ananda Wickremesinghe’s action movie. After acting in a number of other movies that become famous she was named the best actress in 1989.
