When there’s a big match, you know Sun FM is going to be there! The fever’s caught up once again and for the sixth consecutive year and as always, the 88 th annual ‘Battle of the Saints’ between St. Peters College and St.

Josephs College will take place on the 29 th & 30 th of April with the 48 th limited overs encounter taking place on the 7 th of may at the SSC Grounds, Colombo.

Both teams will be celebrating two important milestones at this year’s annual cricket encounter, with St. Josephs College celebrating 125 years and St. Peters College celebrating 100 years and they will be competing for the Reverend Father Maurice LeGoc Trophy, paying tribute to the tournaments founder.

Sun FM’s Promotion Manager, Ralston Goonetilleke presented the sponsorship from Sun FM and Hiru TV to the Rector of St. Peters College – Rev. Father Rohitha Rodrigo, on behalf of Mr. Rayynor Silva, Chairman of Asia Broadcasting Corporation.
