The Road Development Authority says that the Kaduwela interchange of the Colombo Outer - Circular Road has been closed due to flooding.
The RDA said that several places in Biyagama have inundated, as a result, the interchange has become impassable.
The vehicles coming from Kadawatha can exit from Athurugiriya while the vehicles arriving from Matara and Galle could exit using the Kotalawela exit.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Navy said 38 teams have been deployed to helped the people who are marooned due to flash floods.
