The police arrested another suspect along with the fire arm used to commit the murder of Rathgama Pradeshiya Saba Chairman Manoj Pushpakumara Mendis.
Police media spokesperson Ruwan Gunasekara stated that the suspect was arrested yesterday in Hikkaduwa area.
Manoj Pushpakumara was killed on March 23rd in a hotel in Hikkaduwa area.
Police spokesperson also stated that 5 other suspects in connection with the murder are in remand custody.
