State minister Nandimithra Ekanayake says a group of organized people disrupted him while he was speaking at the meeting organized by the UPFA in Naula Matale. He further said that the crowd was carrying microphones with them.

UPFA election rally was held on 26th of July in  Naula, Matale District  at  the Matale public stadium.Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa also attended the rally, Minister of State for Culture and the Arts Nandimithra Ekanayake also participated.


However, Minister Nandimithra Ekanayake,supported the president Maithripala Sirisena during the  presidential election in January 2015.

The  people those who were at the rally disrupted the Minister Ekanayake while he was addressing the gathering. Watch the video below.
