The 28-year-old man who died after crashing into the vehicle driven by Nuwan Kulasekara yesterday (19) was a friend of the fast bowler, his loved ones has said.

A relative of the late youth has published a moving post of Facebook about the incident.


Kulasekara was raised in Ranpokunagama area in Nittambuwa. He went to Ranpokunagama Maha Vidyalaya.

It is reported that the fatal accident took place when Kulasekara was returning from his home town.

We heard that the deceased youth, Aravinda, played cricket with Kulasekara when they were small.
