President Maithreepala Sirisena announced that Dr. Indrajith Coomaraswamy will be appointed as the Governor of Central Bank on coming Monday.


Dr. Coomaraswamy is a prominent Sri Lankan economist who was the former Director Economic Affairs at the Commonwealth Secretariat.
