The Road Development Authority (RDA) says Exit and entry points of interchange at Kaduwela on the Southern Expressway has temporary been closed due to flooding of surrounding areas.


The Irrigation Department stated that water level of Kalani River is continuing to rise and requested residents living in low level areas to be vigilant.
