An aspiring 25-year-old model from New Delhi has committed suicide and blamed her husband in a note, claiming he was ‘the worst mistake of her life’.
Priyanka Kapoor Chawla’s body was found hanging in her apartment in Delhi by police who searched for her following a complaint by her parents who assumed she was missing.
Priyanka has married successful business Nitin Chawla just three months ago. Nitin was ten years senior to her.
Police has arrested the man who has allegedly forced Priyanka to make her parents pay a large dowry.
In her suicide note she writes, marrying Chawla 'was the worst mistake of my life. The experience has been painful and I cannot take the beating any more'.
