Former President and current Member of Parliament Mahinda Rajapaksa says that he will not give up politics even if all the family members are imprisoned.
Participating at the people’s rally organized by the Joint Opposition at the Colombo Hyde Park Grounds, the former President further said that if loans had been obtained during his regime without a proper record-keeping, such loans, the government could refrain from repayment.
The MP said that if he came to power, he would not let the country be in dark even for 10 minutes.
