Singer Prince Udaya Priyantha was re-hospitalized under a month after he was admitted to the hospital when he taken badly ill.
Prince who was recovering from the illness in his home, had fallen and broken his hip bone when he attempted to walk, his sister said.
Prince had lost consciousness after the fall.
