Three children and a driver were killed when a three-wheeler collided with a truck in Bandaragama- Kesbewa main road yesterday.
All victims were traveling in the three-wheeler, police said.
The children aged between four and half to 12 years were killed on the spot. The fourth victim, a 19-year-old who drove the vehicle succumbed to his injuries this morning.
It was revealed that seven people were travelling in the three-wheeler at the time of the incident.
Two women who were also injured during the incident are currently undergoing treatment at the National Hospital in Colombo.
