A Perth woman's Valentine's Day was ruined after a woman stole a surprise present off her doorstep, just moments after it was delivered.
Security camera footage at the Port Kennedy home shows a woman riding a bike up on to the porch of the house where parcel is sitting on Wednesday.
The thief then leaves and returns swiftly in a car driven by another person. She walks up to the porch again, grabs the parcel and jumps in the passenger seat of the car which then drives off.
Inside the box was a surprise Valentine's Day gift from David to Neroli, who was tearful after the incident.
The couple were alerted to the theft after seeing tyre marks on their front lawn. They checked the footage and then posted photos from the video online, where it was shared widely on social media.
Neighbours, and people who had seen the photos, have reportedly supplied police with plenty of information following the theft, foreign media reports.
