When the remains of a mother of three kids in Dambulla who died due to Dengue fever, another young boy who lived nearby the deceased’ house who was suffering from Dengue and was hospitalized has died.
This has been reported as the third death due to Dengue in Dambulla.
The deceased young lad is a 30 year old resident named Chaminda Kumara Dharmasena in canal road in Dambulla.
Dambulla hospital resources said that 28 Dengue patients are in the hospital and four of them are in a critical condition.
Moreover, 3 patients have passed away.
Residents in Dambulla complain that Dengue has been infected in people mostly who do shops near the bus stand in Dambulla.
Further they said that a lot of Dengue patients have been reported and receive treatments in both public and private hospitals.
