The Colombo High Court today ordered the further hearing of the case against former Parliamentarian Sajin de Vass Gunawardena on charges of earning more than Rs. 320 million during his tenure as a Member of Parliament to be called from 01 March 2020.
That was when the case was taken up before High Court Judge Damith Thotawatte.

The case was scheduled to be heard recently but was postponed due to coronavirus expansion.

Accordingly, the judge set a date for this and ordered the witnesses to appear before the court on that day and summon them.
