A car with L-board driven by a lady had collided at a fuel shed in Battaramulla. The incident had caused injuries to the husband of the lady as well as a few workers at the fuel shed, who were then hospitalized. The police reports that one person who was sandwiched between two vehicles had died.


The lady who drove the vehicle had knocked her husband too and had driven without control and knocked a three-wheeler and a motor cycle.

The vehicle had run into a pedestrian and dragging him along had collided with a cab. The cab had been flung towards the fuel shed and the fuel storage holder was damaged, while the pedestrian sandwiched between the two vehicles was killed.
